Can Not Lock a Paysheet Due to Participant Subledger Having Multiple Currencies Records for the Period.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The participant's paysheet have a manual adjustment and user cannot lock to submit payment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create paysheet ( default status is Approve )
2. Admin user needs to make adjustments so Reject the paysheet
3. Make paysheet adjustments
4. Now, try to Lock paysheet and can not lock.
