Symptoms
Using RF Device, IBLPN Creation does not work for an IBLPN already cancelled or consumed
Module: RF-Text: Create {lpn}
Screen: RF_Create IBLPN
Issue: When we try to create the IBLPN with one LPN in consumed or cancelled status system show an error message and after ejects user of the system.
