Updated Partner Info with New Sfdc Login Results in Revoked Token That Cannot Be Regenerated (Doc ID 2399509.1)

A CPQ Cloud user's Salesforce token has been revoked, and the user is unable to generate a new token.

When attempting to generate a new token from CPQ Cloud, the user is navigated to the Salesforce Login page, but they receive a blank page after entering in their credentials. From the Salesforce side, if the user tries to open a CPQ Cloud quote from an Opportunity, they receive the CPQ Cloud login page.


The user's partner info was changed.
