Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to create element called 'Base Salary Secondary' for KR Legislative Data Group.
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"The base user name BASE_SALARY_SECONDARY_CLASSIFICATION already exists within the data partition. Base user names must be unique within a data partition."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. trying to create element called 'Base Salary Secondary' for KR Legislative Data Group;
2. error is received.

User observation:
User have created only one element called 'Base Salary' in Korea (KR) Legislative Data Group.
User trying to create another element 'Base Salary Secondary' when got the above mentioned error.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create elements according to business needs.
