Goal

User has General Accountant and Employee Roles he need to run the Payables Payment Register

Created a custom role with Payables Payment Analysis Duty and Payables Invoice Analysis Duty and given Business unit in Data Security policy and assigned the Business unit access to the user but he is not able to see business unit in Payables Payment Register
