Symptoms
Port 8080 not enabled ,curl and wget not getting an response :
[root@emea ~]# wget 129.xxx.xx.xx:8080

Connecting to 129.xxx.xx.xx:8080... failed: No route to host.
[root@emea ~]# curl -I 129.xxx.xx.xx:8080
curl: (7) couldn't connect to host
