Credit Card Payment is not Being Processed on a Specific Site (Doc ID 2399692.1)

Fulfilled orders with credit card payment type are not charged at one of the sites.  (This issue does not occur for all the sites.)
The issue does not happen if PayPal is used.
The state remains 'The authorization succeeded' and instead of "The charges have been settled".
Due to this issue fulfilled orders with credit card payment are not charged at a particular site.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Submit an order while opening browser's Dev tools.
2. Find POST /ccstoreui/v1/orders request in Network tab.
3. Open Network > Preview tab for the request.
4. Expand "payments" to find "gatewayName" is "100010" --> The customer explained that this name was different before the upgrade.


Environment was upgraded from to 17.6.1 version.
