Symptoms

Oracle Cannot connect to Box from CASB

Cannot connect to BOX from CASB using service account.


ERROR
-----------------------
Login failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Box service account password was reset.
2. Can login to Box directly using the same service account but not from CASB.
