Update phone number from Manage users not reflecting in Resource directory

update phone number from Manage users should reflect in Resource directory

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. navigate to manage users and update the phone number for user
2. Save the record
3. Navigate to resource directory and check the phone for user

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see proper phone in manage user and resource directory screen .
