Performance - IBLPN Screen

On : 9.0.0 version, Performance Issues
IBLPN Screen is takes at least 5-7 minutes to load.
After that user gets the following error message:
Unable to load ../service_gateway/?request.preventCache=1525367598863 status: 0
System should retrieve the data correctly within few seconds
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate > IBLPN screen
2. Click on the Refresh button
3. It will take from 5 to 7 minutes and then show error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the pages do not come up soon and delay the daily routines.
