CX Cloud Mobile - Not Able to Login after REL 13 Upgrade - the Requested URL Is Invalid (Doc ID 2400094.1)

After upgrade from REL 12 PB 17 to REL 13 18.02, users are not able to login with the new URL


The requested URL is invalid. Check the URL that you are trying to access.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter correct host
2. Enter correct credentials
3. Error is thrown.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the CX Cloud App.
