Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, CX Mobile Application

After upgrade from REL 12 PB 17 to REL 13 18.02, users are not able to login with the new URL https://xxxx.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com

ERROR

The requested URL is invalid. Check the URL that you are trying to access.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter correct host
2. Enter correct credentials
3. Error is thrown.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the CX Cloud App.
