Clicking the User Productivity Kit Link in Help Menu Throws Error

The User Productivity Kit (UPK) link, found in the Unifier Help Menu, still acts like a link, even if that feature is not enabled.
When clicked, the URL returns the following error:
The requested URL was not found
This may cause users to think a UPK is meant to be available, even if it's not in use.
