Planned Units and Remaining Units Change to Zero When Changing the Start Date on a Non-started Activity. (Doc ID 2400159.1)

Planned Units and Remaining Units change to zero when changing the Start date on a Non-Started Activity.

Planned Units and Remaining Duration Units stay the same when moving the Start date forward.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open EPPM.
  2.  Create a test Project named test.
  3.  Open Project Named test.
  4.  Add Activity to the Project.
  5.  General tab; Task-Dependent; Duration type of Fixed Duration & Units; Percent complete is Duration.
  6.  Assignment tab; Assign a Resource; Change Planned Units to 2; Change Planned Duration to 1.
  7.  Then Save.
  8.  Move the calendar dates in Activity dates field.
  9.  Change Start date forward then save it.
  10.  The Planned Units go to Zero and Duration changes to zero.

Cannot accurately forecast Planned Resource Units.
