Change to new Compensation Plan B on Compensation Role and Recalculate Commission. The Commission from the Previous Compensation Plan A Still Exists (Doc ID 2400277.1)

Symptoms

Participant compensation plan was changed for Fiscal Year 2018.
Commission was recalculated from first period but commission still exists in for the plan components from the old compensation plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Should only see commission for the new compensation plan assignment for FY2018.

STEPS
1. Assign a compensation plan CP-A to compensation role R-1
    Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Compensation Plan ( search on comp plan CP-A ) > Assignments : Role Assignments ... assign role R-1, SAVE
2. Assign role R-1 to participant for 2018
    Navigator > Participant Snapshot (search on participant ) > Manage Participant Details > Roles ... assign role R-1, SAVE
3. Calculate commission and generated commission associated to comp plan CP-A
4. Switch the role R-1 to R-2 assigned to compensation plan from CP-A the same 2018 periods
    Navigator > Participant Assignments > Manage Compensation Plan ( search on comp plan CP-A ) > Assignments : Role Assignments ... on the same record with R-1, switch to role R-2
5. Delete role R-1 assigned to participant
    Navigator > Participant Snapshot (search on participant ) > Manage Participant Details > Roles ... delete role R-1 , SAVE
6. Assign new role R-2 to participant
    Navigator > Participant Snapshot (search on participant ) > Manage Participant Details > Roles ... assign role R-2, SAVE
7. Run Deploy Compensation Plan
8. Run Calculation for first period of 2018 again
9. Review the Earnings and notice the commission associated to comp plan CP-A still exists
