Symptoms

Purge Incentive Compensation Transactional Test Data process error.


ERROR
Unexpected Error : ORA-12838: cannot read/modify an object after modifying it in parallel


STEPS
1. Navigator > Schedule Processes > Purge Incentive Compensation Transactional Test Data
    Process errors.

2. Enabled following profiles to get detailed process log :
    Navigator > Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values
    a. Profile Option Code : CN_DEBUG = Y at user level
    b. Profile Option Code : AFLOG_ENABLED = Y at user level
    c. Profile Option Code : AFLOG_LEVEL = Finest at user level
    d. Profile Option Code : AFLOG_MODULE = % at user level

3. Resubmit the transactional purge ( it should complete less than a few minutes ).
    Navigator >Schedule Processes > Purge Incentive Compensation Transactional Test Data

4. Upload the log file for the request shows :
