Information in this document applies to any platform.
This case can be reproduced by the following procedure.
1) Create BP record with Business Process Record URL
2) Open the URL of 1) in a separate window
3) Non Workflow: Edit is grayed out and can not be clicked
Workflow: Accept Task is grayed out and can not be clicked
