LogFire: While Loading "IB Shipment Serial Nbr" File, WMS Has Stopped Processing Records

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
LogFire: While loading "IB Shipment Serial Nbr" file, WMS has stopped Processing Records
As we are loading On Hand Conversion, using Input Interface for IB Shipment Serial Nbr, WMS has 473 Pages of records in READY Status and 17 pages in Failed Status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The files should process continuously

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Environment
2. Launch Input Interface screen
3. Select the IB Shipment Serial Nbr option the drop down
