On 11.13.18.02.0 version
Customer is following those steps:
1. Login to the Application
2. Navigator -> Help Desk -> HR Service Requests
3. Create a New Service Request OR Open any existing Service Request -> Getting the below error
"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #54"
