When attempting to load data with HSDL in order to change an employee name, the following error occurs.

The LegislationCode attribute value is required. You must enter a value.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load data with HSDL in order to change an employee name
Person Name
- Person Number <xxx>
- Effective Start Date 01/01/2019
- Name Type GLOBAL
- First Name <FirstName>
