HRHD SR Emails From SR Updates Not Being Sent (Doc ID 2400605.1)

Goal

HRHD is creating a new SR when an email is sent to the inbox as expected. But, when an agent responds on the SR with the channel of Email, no emails are being sent out to the email address specified.
