Goal

Taleo Business Edition customers can create custom Candidate fields and mark them as voluntary, to be included on the Voluntary page of the Career Center. A requisition-specific field can automatically be created at the same time, for those fields that customers want to track over time for each requisition to which a candidate may apply. This feature allows customers to better customize the voluntary questions presented to their candidates.
