Fusion HCM Element Entry HDL Upload Not Working With Reference to User Keys after R13 upgrade to 18A (Doc ID 2400837.1)

On Oracle Fusion HCM R11. version, HCM Data Load

Able to load HDL ElementEntry.dat successfully on R13 17D. but a follow-up load ElementEntry.dat file after R13 upgrade to 18A, the following error occurs.

Error - The line for component ElementEntryValue with instruction MERGE does not include values that define a unique reference to the record. (HRC-1035347) Details: Include values for at least one of the supported keys.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load attached HDL ElementEntry.dat successfully which contains required four User Keys ElementName, LegislativeDataGroupName, AssignmentNumber, and MultipleEntryCount
2. Upgrade to R13 18A on first weekend of May 2018
3. Encounter error messages when loading follow-up data via similar ElementEntry.dat with same four User Keys.


 Starting in R13 18.02, the User Key Attribute for Object ElementEntryValue now requires attribute 'EntryType'.
