Symptoms

Instance crashed with the following errors .

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kspgip2], [0x15A19F2CA0], [3151], [parallel_max_servers], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Changes

 The error happened shortly after customer executed the command:

SQL> alter system reset parallel_max_servers scope=both;
