Incorrect Search Results For Order Releases In Workbench

Symptoms

In Order Release Workbench after selecting a Custom value for Order Release Reference Number Qualifier, enter a value for Order Release Reference Number on performing Search system is not displaying any record.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Order Release Finder >> select a Custom (not seeded) Order Release Reference Number Qualifier value and enter a value Order Release Reference Number and perform 'Search'.
2. In Order Release Workbench, press '+' select the same Custom Order Release Reference Number Qualifier value and enter a value Order Release Reference Number and perform 'Search'.
3. Result in Order Release Finder and Order Release Workbench are not same.
