Price Book File Import is always ending in "Completed with errors"

Reject zip file does not have any values. But the Import status completed with Errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage file Import Activities > Pricebook Object

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer does not mention the Business Impact
