EPBCS: Capex Module is not Calculating Asset Expenses for Forecast Scenario (Doc ID 2401168.1)

Symptoms

In the Capex module the asset Expenses are not getting calculated for Forecast Scenario. The same calculation is working for Plan Scenario. After we add a new asset, we run the "Calculate Asset" script, the total expenses do not get calculated for forecast scenario, but it happens for Plan Scenario.
