Getting am error while navigating to account

ORA-010080: not all variables bound

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. Getting an error

Customer cannot navigate to accounts for a custom role. The impact is minimal as they can use different role to search.
