Duplicate Workflow Setups Are Being Created in Shell Templates (Doc ID 2401259.1)

Symptoms

Workflow Setups are duplicated upon creation, sometimes creating 2-4 copies of the same setup in a Shell template (all active).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Workflows setups should not be duplicated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Company Workspace (Admin Mode)
  2. Templates > Shells > Project Template
  3. Setup > Business Processes
  4. Open a Business Process > Workflow Setup
  5. Create a new Workflow Setup
  6. Click OK.
NOTE: The issue might only occur when clicking the OK button on the window twice during the creation process.
