Synchornization Error (Doc ID 2401408.1)

Goal

My client got this error stating “Item cannot be created due to security restrictions.”

If he deselects the “Shared with Sales Cloud” bar at the top it allows him to send the invite but if he has it selected to sync with Sales Cloud I get the error attached.
