ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to restrict user who sees all accounts

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to restrict users to see only accounts he belongs to

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud as sales rep
2. Navigate to Accounts
3. User can see all records
