R13 Hiring A Contact As An Employee Is Going To Failed Status

Symptoms

When attempting to contact a Contact as an Employee, it goes to a Pending status for a long time and then goes to Failed status and the following error occurs:

Potential recoverable issue caused due to health of managed servers. You must provide a value for the attribute country


STEPS
___________

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Hiring a Contact
2. The Matching Person Record notification pops up. Click on the Select Person
3. Added Military/Veteran Status and Candidate ID
4. Change Phone Number, added Ethnicity and Highest Education Level
5. Filled in Business Unit and Job
6. Filled in department, Assignment category, Hourly Paid or Salary, ACA Full Time, People Group, Actual Grade, Holiday Calendar Original hire date
7. Filled in Business Unit, Job
8. Filled in department, Assignment category, Hourly Paid or Salary, ACA Full Time, People Group, Actual Grade, Holiday Calendar Original hire date
9. Filled in Manager & Payroll
10. Clicked Next
11. Filled in Salary Basis and Salary Amount
12. Clicked Next
13. Reviewed the Information
14. Clicked Submit
15. Get an email that the hire was approved
16. Go to the BPM Worklist and it shows that the hire is completed
17. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance, search for Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management
18. Shows it’s in Pending status
19. Checked the status of the New Hire and it went to Failed
