User Unable to Redirect to Facebook User's Profile through Engage (Doc ID 2401812.1)

Symptoms

On : NA version, Engage

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Engage doesn't redirect user to customer's profile on Facebook when clicking on username attached to Engage message.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ability to drill down to user profile through Engage dashboard by clicking on username and redirecting to Facebook.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Engage > Channel > Facebook > Click on 'read' message > Click on user's name in conversation notes/message details > Redirected to Facebook > Page appears with message: "Sorry, this content is not available right now."


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review Facebook user's profile.
