User is unable to receive direct messages

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Unable to receive direct messages in Engage inbox.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Visit Engage > Column > Facebook > Inbox > New direct messages not appearing

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review direct messages and respond through Engage.
