Integration not working between ICS and OCS (Doc ID 2401922.1)

On : version, CX Integration

After updating an opportunity, the partner web integration is not getting the update.

oracle.fabric.common.FabricInvocationException: Unable to invoke endpoint URI "integration endpoint" successfully due to: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Missing WWW-Authenticate header.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to SUI > Sales > Opportunities
3. Search and edit opportunity
4. Change the name
5. Click the Save and Close button
6. Check the opportunity in integration system, it is not updated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, partner web is not getting updated.
