When Attempting to Run a Report in P6, the Parameters Window Becomes Unresponsive and Prevents the Report From Running (Doc ID 2401932.1)

When attempting to run a report in P6, the parameters window because unresponsive and prevents the report from running, and not all required parameters can be selected.

Note: Report runs successfully in BI Publisher, however the issue is only observed in P6 Web


  1. Log into P6 Web
  2. Select 'Reports' tab
  3. Run Report
  4. Select 'File' for Delivery Type
  5. Select Parameters
  6. Observe unresponsiveness when select Parameters tab


  1. Login to P6 Web
  2. Select 'Reports' Tab
  3. Select the report to run
  4. Click the Run button
  5. Observe the software is unresponsive
