Clear In Transit Units Even Though Allocation Related To Replenishment Orders Is Completed

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In the locations UI there is In-transit units information available, even though the corresponding task related to that is cancelled.
If the corresponding task gets cancelled, In-transit units information should not appear in the locations UI
The issue can be observed with the following sequence of steps:
1. Navigate to the QA environment.
2. Create one sales order, and allocate the sales order quantity.
3. After allocating the task that was created, cancel the task that was created.
4. Check in the location UI, Dedicated location have the in transit units despite cancelled task.
