Fusion Global HR: What are 'Creation Date' And 'Created By' Showing in the Assignment Tables? (Doc ID 2402435.1)

Goal

We expect creation date in assignment table to give creation date of the each assignment row but this is not happening.
Instead they are showing who created the record and the date the record was created in the first place.

PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M
CREATED_BY VARCHAR2 64 Yes Who column: indicates the user who created the row.
CREATION_DATE TIMESTAMP Yes Who column: indicates the date and time of the creation of the row.
