Symptoms

On : Release 12 version, Global Payroll

 

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY

While running an HCM Extract the following error is returned

ERROR

Error deliver document to FTP::Exception happened when calling deliver API::Error deliver document to FTP::FILE=[::Exception happened when calling deliver API::oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)oracle.xdo.service.delivery.DeliveryException: oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out (Connection timed out)



STEPS
----------------------------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Log In into application.
2. Go to Payroll Checklist.
3. Search for Extract
4. Schedule process for “run as soon as possible”
5. Job does not complete and errors out
