When A New Hire LE Is Corrected All Enrollments Are Wiped Out. (Doc ID 2402550.1)

New Hire LE re-triggering and wiping out Enrollments when HR
corrects a new hire Record

Do not expect the New Hire LE to re-trigger and wipe out Enrollments when HR
corrects a NH Record

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. New FF implemented:
Scenario: New Hire enrolled in Benefits:
Benefit Administration/ Search and select employeeNOTE: New Hire LE in STARTED status
Enrollment Results:
Navigate to My Workforce / Person Management and search for the same employee
Click on the Name to display the Employment page. Click on EDIT/Correct:
Accept and make any correction, for the purpose of this documentation we’ll add a Career
Advisor matrix manager. Review and Submit
Now navigate back to Benefits Administration / Enrollment and search for the same employee
 click on the name to view the Participant Benefit Summary:NOTE: A new NH LE is now in DETECTED state:
Process the New NH LE
Enrollment Results show that all previous enrollments have been lost:
