Business Process Workflow Setup Deleted During BP Record Auto-Creation

While testing a Business Process, it was observed that the Workflow Setup for the BP was suddenly removed without user intervention.
During the BP test, which is configured to auto-create a Shell at the End Step, a notification was received that the task was closed.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
To observe the missing Workflow Setup that was previously present:
1. Company Workspace > Company Workspace
2. Business Process Setup > BP Name
3. Workflow Setup
4. Observe: There is no workflow setup.
