Inactive Level 1 Claim Approvers Receiving BDF Approval E-mail Notifications

The status of internal users needs to be checked upon claim approval workflows and inactive users should not be assigned to the claim approval team. Level 1 claim approvers are determined by territory and the division (Department field) assigned on their user profile. Users that are inactive, but have a division assigned, are still being included in the distribution list and are receiving the email notifications. Inactive level 1 claim approvers should not receive BDF approval e-mail notifications.
