Appointments Deleted From OSC Does Not Get Removed From Outlook Calendar After Sync

There are few activity records which we have created from outlook as Appointment. When synced user is able to find the record in OSC , but when user deleted the record in OSC and do a synchronize the record is still present in Outlook calendar. Why these Appointments are not getting deleted in Outlook?
