Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

While running EPS process, the process and opening View Employer Payment Summary Results the process will not complete and appears to require a manual task but cannot access the manual task to mark complete.

When attempting to "View Employer Payment Summary Results" from from Regulatory and Tax Reporting Workarea no error is returned.

Error message: A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit EPS
2. Error is returned Error message: A connection to the server has failed. (status=504)
