Symptoms

When trying to complete a work order, the following error appears:

The operation transaction failed due to a system error. Your help desk was notified. (WIE-4425481)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Manufacturing -> Work Execution.
2. Create work order.
3. Go to Review Dispatch List.
4. Search for Work Order, click on Complete with Details.
5. Error is received.
