Goal



We would like to have the ?Manage Historical Requests? preferably under, under the ?Historical Days used?, so that user can Navigate and go to that screen.

Also, as this Option is NOT Topic specific, it?s better that option is available on the Dashboard instead of under Topics Menu.

Also, we need to have an Indicator on each Topic for which the Historical Requests have been raised, so that user will know while seeing the Topic itself instead of Navigating to the historical requests page.
