Can not Run Send Pending LDAP Requests And Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes Processes After Release 13 Upgrade

Symptoms

  When attempting to run either Send Pending LDAP Requests or Retrieve latest LDAP Changes,
after selecting the job and clicking ok on the Schedule New Process page, the screen goes white and can not proceed further.

 Process Import user and role applications security data does run fine.


Steps to reproduce:
1. login to fusion application

2. Click Navigator -> Tools : Scheduled Process -> Schedule New Process

3. Search for process Send Pending LDAP Requests or Retrieve latest LDAP Changes

4. Click ok

You will get a blank page

 Environment is upgraded to release 13
