"Unable to connect to the server. The URL may be incorrect" While Accessing OSN Using Desktop Client (Doc ID 2403299.1)

Users are unable to access Oracle Social Network (OSN) from desktop client and the following error is returned:

OSN_DESKTOP-01022 Unable to connect to the server. The URL may be incorrect, or the connection to the server may be unavailable.

The same users have no issue accessing OSN using the web client.
