Symptoms
When attempting to import Item Classes using the Functional Setup Manager functionality, the following error occurs.
-- Error
Business object: Item Class. Status: Completed with errors. Status details: oracle.apps.setupHub.xml.XmlException: oracle.jbo.InvalidDefNameException: JBO-25004: Definition name of type Attribute is invalid.
The definition for business object Item Class is missing an alternate key.
-- Expected Behavior
Customer expect the import process to complete successfully, and for the defined item classes to be successfully created
-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Select the Product Management Offering
3. Highlight the Items Functional Area
4. Highlight the Manage Item Classes task
5. Select Actions
6. Select Import from CSV File -> Create New
7. Provide the CSV File Package
8. Submit
9. Process ends in Error
