Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Spreadsheet Integration

Negotiation Response and Award by Spreadsheet does not handle large number of Item lines (100+)
As Supplier, when trying to respond by spreadsheet, the XML file does not open and gives error saying “The file is corrupt and cannot be opened”.

STEPS

  1. Go to the Negotiation:  Action -> award negotiation
  2. Choose Award by spreadsheet option
  3. Select export
  4. Open the downloaded XML file and get the Excel error '"The file is corrupt and cannot be opened."
