Symptoms

HCM Data Loader (HDL) has been used to load in Educational Establishments information.  This has been loaded using the file EducationEstablishment.dat.   The load completes successfully and the data can be seen in:

However there is a character which uses the Latin Small Letter 'o' with Acute.  This character is not displayed properly in the interface.  For example: 

 

This character is Hex code point:00F3, dec code point:243 and should look like this:
